Schäfer's in Leipzig

Aside from the fact that the rolls are regularly not crispy, our son had a special shopping experience today: 6 rolls should cost more than 6 euros at first, but when he pointed out that he only had 5 euros with him, we recalculated. The price was right, but then "there was no change" so that in the end he had to pay too much. How does that work?

I went in twice. The second time the order was accepted by a young girl. I don't speak German, she communicated with me using a dictionary. Such customer care is very pleasant. Thanks ? The food here is really delicious, fresh.

The baked goods are ok but there is a corpulent baker who works there who apparently thinks it's nice to knock stupid sayings and make fun of the customers. On Sunday you have to listen to two fat women laughing at you.

Here the term "shopping experience" takes on a whole new meaning. The baked goods are okay and typical baker's food. You don't do anything wrong ... However, the waitress: an elderly lady yells at you, then ignores you (high art of relationship management) and then immediately throws her rolls back into the basket with anger. In addition, there is a young employee from the neighboring room who ignores all customers and speaks to the older one. I have seldom seen such bad-tempered and rude staff in my life. I don't think there's anything left to save here with money either ... They just locked it up.

We only had a coffee break here, the cozy dining room is warm and clean. You can also have a good and very cheap breakfast here. The toilet is very clean. We were served quickly and friendly. We would love to come back. Coffee, cappuccino and the sesame braid were very good.

About the offered bakery I can not report negative (for 1 star). To the sales staff (especially a lady) I have to say that meanwhile I take a look through the window throw WHO served, as I have been treated very rude on several occasions and in case of cases then rather a few steps further. I like the staff, always a friendly funny saying in stock. I go out of the shop with a smile every time. The products are solid Schäfer's quality, but I would like more variety.

Rude and unfriendly, unfortunately, on Good Friday has little else open. Saleswoman does not answer "good morning", answers questions with "that is there" although only the name of the bread is there. Last but not least, the rolls are pounded on the counter. Who makes such customer friendliness has lost nothing at the bar.

The food was very delicious and everything freshly cooked. The saleswoman did not however the service offered was given. I ordered a cheese breakfast. According to the card is shown that coffee can be ordered endlessly and a coffee specialty is included in the price. When ordering it said that specialty coffee had to be paid on it when I asked later was told that only 1 time coffee can be ordered. Coffee specialty was spent later. The friendliness left a lot to be desired.

The service is not friendly. One is looked at when entering the bakery something unsympathetic (is my feeling). I had ordered a cheese roll with egg.
